We’re looking to bring on the most brilliant minds to help further our mission of bridging the digital divide with advanced technology infrastructure that can be rapidly deployed anywhere.About the roleResponsibilities: Develop and implement security policies, standards, and proceduresMonitor and analyze security events, alerts, and logsPerform vulnerability assessments and penetration testingDevelop automation for vulnerability analysis and managementConfigure and manage security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systemsResearch and recommend security solutions to address identified risksDevelop and maintain security architectures and designsInvestigate and respond to security incidentsMonitor and enforce compliance with security policiesCollaborate with development teams to remediate code vulnerabilities and with the security team for sprint planning and security projects. Qualifications: 5-7 years experience as Security EngineerExpertise in application and network securityFamiliarity with GitHub for managing and reviewing code.Proficient in using vulnerability scanners such as Nexpose and Nessus.Knowledge of Python and SQL for scripting and database analysis.Familiarity with Azure environments is preferred.We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
