Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support. Scrum Facilitator/Backlog Management – Entry Level Required Skills:· Facilitate and coordinate the Scrum process, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality products.· Work closely with the Leads and the Development Team to ensure that we have the backlog items clearly documented and to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the features and items in the backlog.· Facilitate Scrum meetings, such as Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, and Retrospectives.· Identify and attempt to remove impediments and blockers that may be hindering the team's progress.· Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.· Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements.· Clear communication skills.· Proactive and self-driven.Scrum Facilitator/Backlog Management – Entry Level Desired Skills:· Experience with Kanban or other Agile methodologies.· Experience with DevOps practices and tools.· Strong understanding of software development principles and practicesScrum Facilitator/Backlog Management – Entry Level Additional Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and at least 1 year of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.· Effective oral and written communication skills.· Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance and must have at least an interim clearance to start.
