We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with deep, end-to-end expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, multi-cloud solutions that drive business transformation and unify the customer experience across departments.
Define Salesforce architecture for enterprise CRM systems across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
Own the technical roadmap, platform governance, and multi-cloud architecture strategies.
Guide implementation of customer 360-degree view, sales process automation, SLA management, and cross-cloud data synchronization.
Lead solution design for complex integrations with ERP, CPQ, and third-party marketing tools.
Establish CRM analytics strategy with advanced dashboards, AI recommendations, and data governance.
Collaborate with business leaders and functional heads (Sales, Marketing, Service) to drive innovation.
Mentor development and lead teams; ensure architectural best practices and technical debt management.
12+ years Salesforce experience including architecture and leadership roles.
Proven implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale methodologies.
Hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning, SLA/entitlement processes, and community portals.
Certified System Architect or Application Architect.
Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and unified customer strategy.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.
Experience in implementing AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and Einstein features.
Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
