Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize sales processes to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting to evaluate sales performance.
  • Implement, maintain and ensure optimal performance of the complete HubSpot CRM platform, enhancing customer engagement and sales tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze and report key metrics through the HubSpot CRM to drive data-informed decision making.
  • Track and follow up on prospects throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring proper engagement and progression.
  • Ensure the commercial process is correctly executed from initial contact through to Operational Hand Off.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to streamline operations and increase efficiencies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform tactical sales decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Sales Operations Qualifications / Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to interface effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for sales teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Desirable:

  • Experience in AI or tech consulting sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales automation and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends in technology and digital solutions.
