Tasks

As a Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Working closely with Senior Leaders and Management, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers and ensuring the overall success of sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Create relevant prospect lists as sales leads based on focused target segmentation
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Systematically generate and convert sales and partnership leads with a results-oriented approach via cold calling , emails and campaigns
  • Pipeline Management: Track, update CRM and follow up with leads, maintaining a robust sales funnel for efficient pipeline management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage existing relationships and large customer accounts when required, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Documentation: Negotiate deals with prospective clients based on Enterprise Bot’s guidelines and sales engagement model.
  • Milestone Definition and Reporting: Collaboratively define measurable milestones and report results to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swiss German, German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, with a preference for those having exposure to technology-driven environments.
  • Experience in CX (Customer Experience) and Contact Center environments.
  • Hands-on experience with leading contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco Contact Center, Avaya, Five9, NICE inContact, RingCentral Contact Center, Talkdesk, Zendesk, 8x8 Contact Center, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
  • Interest in technology and how it can be applied to improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to support key client relationships and assist with comprehensive account management.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales is must
  • Technical affinity, especially with CRM tools (Hubspot)
  • Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously update industry knowledge.
