We’re looking for a Presales Engineer to join our Delivery team in Milan to become part of a vibrant and renowned environment. This position plays a critical role in iGenius’ growth. The ideal candidate would have the opportunity to collaborate with clients at an executive level to support the overall sales process. 

As a presales engineer, you’d collaborate directly with our top account executives, complementing  their account and engagement strategies with your distinct technical perspectives and abilities. Together you’d communicate the overall value proposition of our products and services to prospective buyers to support key outcomes that are critical to their organization.

Moreover, you’d be responsible for matching customer requirements to proposed solutions, informing engineering teams about clients’ needs and providing all the necessary technical information, in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

From a technical perspective, you’d have the opportunity to work across our organization with the latest cutting-edge technologies and offerings across our product and service portfolio.

Requirements

What You Have

  • 2- years of experience performing the responsibilities of a presales engineer or a solution architect
  • Bachelor Degree in STEM disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to storyboard, write, design and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and individual contributors of prospective customers
  • Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Business Intelligence
  • GoodKnowledge of SQL, data model creation and SaaS 
  • Understanding of IT architectures and cloud environment
  • Good knowledge of at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or similar
  •  Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English
