An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. We are looking for an aggressive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through the sale of our AI-enabled energy management solutions to multi-site, commercial customers and partners. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding, diagnostic selling skills, and a proven track record in complex B2B sales environments. The role involves managing a regional territory within North America, with a focus on multi-site properties and portfolios. It is a remote position that requires extensive travel within the assigned region, approximately 50-60% of the time.
What you will do
- Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, including facility managers, sustainability directors, and C-suite executives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals demonstrating ROI and environmental impact
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM system
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Monitor customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for escalations
- Technical Capabilities
- Develop deep understanding of BrainBox AI's technology and its application in building energy management
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions for complex customer requirements
- Stay current with HVAC industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field of study
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling complex technical SaaS solutions
- Experience selling to enterprise-level customers with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of building management systems, HVAC, or energy management solutions preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC principles
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and energy consumption data
- Familiarity with energy efficiency metrics and sustainability reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
- Consultative selling approach with strong listening skills

- Experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions
