Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). As our first Sales Enablement Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact program from the ground up. You will collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success and the Marketing teams and equip them with the tools and training they need to excel in a competitive market. You'll play a key role in building a world-class enablement program, and in accelerating sales cycles, increasing win rates, and driving Wisedocs AI's expansion.
What you'll be doing
- Empower Wisedocs' Go-To-Market teams to achieve exceptional results by providing them with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to win.
- Develop & Deliver: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
- Create and curate high-impact sales content (e.g., decks, battle cards, demos), and design/deliver engaging training programs for GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success).
- Analyze & Optimize: Track key GTM metrics, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and GTM strategies.
- Stay Informed: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to equip GTM teams with the latest insights and knowledge.
- Leverage Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to optimize GTM processes.
- Support Events: Assist in planning and executing GTM events (e.g., sales kick-offs, webinars, conferences) to drive engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team

You're a great candidate if
- 3-5 years of experience in an Enablement role in a B2B SaaS company
- Prior start-up experience, building an Enablement program from ground-up preferred
- Knowledge of automation, process transformation, or AI-related domains a strong asset
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to connect with all layers within the organization
- Extreme ownership: you find a problem; you bring the solution to the finish line. A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges, with a willingness to experiment and implement new ideas.
