Description

We’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our New York-based team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and collaborating with leading brands and agencies to introduce them to Alison.ai’s AI-powered creative platform.

As part of a small and fast-growing US team, you’ll have the autonomy to lead deals end-to-end, build strong relationships with clients, and directly shape how Alison.ai grows in the US market. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to be a key player in a tight-knit, ambitious team where every deal counts and every voice matters.

You’ll report to the VP of Business Development & Partnerships and work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Customer Success, and R&D to close deals and drive revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing — including outbound outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and contract signing.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing and creative leaders at brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Help establish and scale Alison.ai’s presence in the US market, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
  • Use a consultative, insight-led sales approach to clearly articulate our value proposition and ROI.
  • Represent Alison.ai at key industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build awareness and generate new business.
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights — and share feedback to influence our roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate internally with Product, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • This is an Individual Contributor (IC) position, offering the autonomy to own your sales pipeline and drive results independently within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record in the AdTech and MarTech industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably with a focus on selling to CMOs and marketing executives.
  • Demonstrated success closing mid-market to enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • A strategic thinker who knows how to open doors, build trust, and move deals fast.
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Excited to shape the future of creative analytics with us? We’d love to meet you.
