Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.Pipeline Building: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels.Meeting Generation: Schedule quality meetings between prospects and our senior sales team.Prospect Engagement: Create personalised, compelling outreach that resonates with prospect challenges.Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable market insights with the wider business.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and pipeline value.Team Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to refine approach.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales development or a similar new business role.Achievement: Track record of consistently achieving targets.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business dynamics.Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRMs, sequencing and lead gen tools.Professionalism: Confident presentation skills and a professional manner.
Desirable Experience
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise software sales.Executive Engagement: Experience selling to Head Of and above roles at large enterprises.Technical Understanding: Knowledge of AI technologies and solutions.
