Imagen is looking for it's first Sales Development Representative , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and culture. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective high-volume photo-producing companies, including agencies, studios, and real estate platforms.
  • Craft personalized outbound communications (email, telephone, LinkedIn) targeting key decision-makers such as Owners, COOs, and Heads of Operations.
  • Utilize a range of tools to execute effective outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct cold and discovery calls to qualify leads and transition sales-ready prospects to the Sales team.
  • Continuously refine outbound messaging strategies, subject lines, and targeting based on performance data and insights.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of sales playbooks to support scaling efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound-focused role, preferably within an agency or SaaS environment.
  • An excellent communicator with native or near-native fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • Proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to innovate and execute independently.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling and articulate communications that generate responses.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing performance metrics such as reply rates, open rates, and conversions.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and motivated by the opportunity to build processes from inception.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and a willingness to explore new productivity-enhancing technologies.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to creative industries or familiarity with the photography and real estate sectors.
  • Bonus: Experience with Hubspot CRM.
