Support business development team in preparing, checking and processing documentation such as contracts, service purchasing orders, quotations, tax invoices, and business letters
Handle customer leads, including contacting potential customers to discover business needs, proposing appropriate services/solutions, following up with on-going discussions, and ultimately closing sales
Handle client inquiries, issues, or complaints related to services/solutions, usage issues, etc. by phone or email
Verify orders including customers' personal information and payment details
Manage sales and customer records on CRM system for accurate and updated data
Coordinate with internal and external teams to support related projects
Build sales performance reports for weekly and monthly sales meetings
Support sales operations and other tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration (for SaaS product a huge plus)
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, namely selling, persuading, conflict resolution
Good understanding of sales performance metrics to build impactful sales reports and evaluate progress
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
