Role Overview:

The Resilience & Security Network Technical Lead – Senior Consultant with DeepSource Technologies will be instrumental in fortifying our clients' network infrastructure against security threats while ensuring operational resilience. You will leverage your extensive expertise in network security, risk management, and disaster recovery to design and implement robust security solutions. This role involves leading technical assessments, developing strategies for network resilience, and collaborating with clients to enhance their security posture. You will also mentor junior team members and drive best practices across security and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth security assessments of network architectures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Design and implement resilient network solutions that align with business requirements and security standards.
• Lead projects focused on enhancing network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Develop and facilitate network continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure business resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions within client environments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants on network security practices and industry standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in network security and resilience roles, with a consultancy background being advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of network security protocols, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
• Proficiency in network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
