This is a full-time in-office position.Research Lead, VR/AR and AI Partnerships ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Meta's Reality Labs partner ecosystem.Analyze competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to inform partnership decisions and identify areas for differentiationDevelop and implement market intelligence-driven partnership strategies that drive growth and revenue for Reality Labs products.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to inform business decisions.Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform market intelligence insights.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on market intelligence insights and recommendations.Engage with external partners, including industry experts, analysts, and researchers, to stay informed on market trends and developments.Inform the development of partnerships strategies for new markets, products, and/or verticals as a trusted advisor to Reality Labs Partnerships leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree.7+ years of experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, competitive intelligence, or market research in the technology or consumer electronics space.Experience leading market assessments and/or relevant research/due diligence with a focus on new and emerging technologies in the AR/VR and/or GenAI space.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing complex data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions.Proven communication and presentation skills with experience effectively communicating insights and recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams.Proven experience in understanding market trends, developing strategic recommendations, and overall business acumenProven leadership and influencing skills, with experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Preferred QualificationsTechnical or product knowledge in AR/VR and/or GenAI.Master’s degree in Business Administration.Experience at a leading sell-side equity research firm, investment bank, private equity, consulting or technology firm.Experience supporting product leadership in successfully launching new products and/or businesses.
