We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of recruitment and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Participate in interviews and take notes as needed
Support campus outreach and employer branding initiatives
Assist with onboarding tasks and documentation for new hires
Contribute to special HR/recruitment projects as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Fluency in English is a MUST
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Interest in recruitment and/or human resources
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Prior internship or office experience is a plus, but not required.
