Your mission

  • Research and develop quantum radar technologies for detecting stealth UAVs and low-RCS targets
  • Design and optimize quantum illumination systems to improve target detection in contested environments
  • Implement entangled photon-based radar architectures for enhanced signal-to-noise ratio and resilience against electronic warfare (EW) countermeasures
  • Develop quantum-enhanced signal processing algorithms to improve radar sensitivity, clutter rejection, and anomaly detection
  • Integrate quantum radar systems with traditional multistatic/bistatic, passive, and active radar networks
  • Work with cryogenic systems, superconducting detectors, and quantum photonics hardware to enhance radar performance
  • Conduct simulation-based modeling and real-world validation of quantum radar prototypes
  • Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, IEEE Quantum Radar Guidelines)

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in radar engineering, quantum physics, or advanced signal processing
  • Strong expertise in quantum optics, quantum entanglement, and photonics-based radar technologies
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C++, or CUDA for quantum radar simulations and data analysis
  • Experience with superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPDs) and quantum key distribution (QKD) systems
  • Familiarity with electronic warfare (EW) countermeasures, radar cross-section (RCS) analysis, and stealth detection
  • Understanding of quantum information theory, non-classical light sources, and entangled photon generation
Nice to have
  • Experience with quantum radar prototyping and real-world testing
  • Background in machine learning-enhanced radar anomaly detection
  • Knowledge of quantum key distribution (QKD) and quantum-secure communication
