Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all data processors have received the designated training and verification for both systems and guidelines prior to start the work.
  • Act as a focal point between the data processors and LXT OPEX in all matters related to doing the job with high accuracy.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly the quality sample defined on project level.
  • Responsible for measuring and reporting data from the quality scoring sheets and\or systems and reporting it on frequently basis to operation and OPEX management,
  • Coach the transcribers on the quality and efficiency areas for improvement.
  • Orchestrate the smooth communication between OPEX management and workers on site to implement quality standards requested by client as well as by LXT.
  • Collect all the commonly asked questions to create a knowledge base for workers.
  • Set corrective actions to address low quality scores.
  • Act as focal point to test and verify the tasks complexity vs. the guidelines received.
  • Monitor any changes in all guidelines for each language and\or locale and make sure all transcribers aware with the update.
  • Conduct on job trainings and refreshers.
  • Fulfill operational requests within defined SLA related to quality and training.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' work experience in related industry or BPO’s industry. 
  • Excellent written &verbal communication skills. 
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience with Quality and/or training implementation. 
  • Lean Six sigma yellow or green belt is preferrable. 
  • Experience with quality standards like COPC, ISO 9001 & GDPR. 
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power Bi. 
  • Flexible to work in different time zones.
  • Fluent/Native in: English
