Gear Inc. is seeking skilled Thai-speaking Python engineers to support the development and training of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) models. This position is flexible in both hours and work arrangement, offering remote opportunities for candidates passionate about coding and AI innovation.
Responsibility:
Design and answer Python-based technical questions to train GenAI models.
Review and rank AI-generated Python code, focusing on accuracy, readability, and performance.
Collaborate with the training team to improve AI understanding of core programming principles.
Desired Expertise:
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field from a selective institution.
Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and best coding practices.
Native-level fluency in Thai, and the ability to communicate in English.
Ability to explain complex Python concepts clearly and concisely.
High attention to detail, including grammar, logic, and adherence to code style guidelines.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
