In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Design (CI/CD) tools, including Kubernetes
- Benchmarking and tuning critical software services to achieve optimum performance internally and at all the venues we connect to around the globe
- Building systems to monitor real-time production trading systems
- Collaborating with trading and research teams to deploy and support mission critical systems
If you possess the following, we would love to explore what is available for you with our team:
- 2+ years experience supporting large-scale, distributed systems, preferably in a cloud computing environment
- Experience supporting and building high-quality tools for backup, deployment, testing via automation
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Design support & technology integration, management, etc.
- Performance tuning/optimization of systems/software, as well as latency analysis
- Strong experience with Python Development in a Linux environment, with an emphasis on automation
- SQL, Shell and Bash scripting skills
- Experience in developing developer tools or CLIs
- Knowledge of streaming processes or Kafka
- Previous experience in financial/exchange protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for technology and innovation
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident team player motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or its equivalent

The base salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $250,000. The base salary range does not include any other form of compensation, such as any bonus amounts, or any benefits. Factors that may impact the agreed upon base salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other factors.
