Design, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the performance of LLMs in various applications.
Develop prompts that effectively guide the model to produce desired outputs for specific use cases.
Experiment with different prompt structures, phrasing, and contextual cues to improve model responses.
• Model Fine-Tuning:
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to fine-tune LLMs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement in model responses and implement prompt adjustments accordingly.
• Research & Innovation:
Stay current with the latest advancements in natural language processing and large language models.
Conduct research on new techniques and methodologies for prompt engineering and share findings with the team.
Innovate and propose new approaches to enhance the capabilities and applications of LLMs.
• Use Case Development:
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop prompts tailored to specific applications (e.g., customer support, content generation, virtual assistants).
Ensure that prompts align with business goals and user needs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
3+ years of experience in natural language processing, machine learning, or related roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with NLP libraries (Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy).
Strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and their applications.
Experience with prompt engineering, including designing and optimizing prompts for specific use cases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their NLP services.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques.
Experience in user experience (UX) design and understanding user needs and behaviours.
