We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team and ensure the creation of effective and engaging prompts for our AI-generated content solutions. Prompt Engineer responsibilities include working with content creators, product teams and data scientists to develop and refine prompts, optimizing prompt performance and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning. Ultimately, you will work directly with various teams in our company to create and improve prompts that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Position Duties 

• Design, develop and refine AI prompts using our in-house engine
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams and data scientists to ensure your prompt is returning the correct information
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and feed information into AI engine to provide context
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning
• Maintain and create dashboards relating to prompt accuracy
• Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or role utilizing AI
• Able to apply RAGs and DAGs and other techniques to solving a problem
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with GenAI tools like GPT, Claude, Mistral etc. and can explain the differences
• Knowledge in a programming language such as Python is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong demonstrable knowledge in data and regression analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
