The Data and Analytics Business Team currently has a career opportunity for a Program Manager, Change Management to join our team.   Our headquarters is in St Louis but this position is remote and can work anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview:

This position will provide change management leadership and support to key enterprise-wide operational improvements. Responsibilities include developing project-based change management strategies for enterprise programs and projects.

This first project supports a large global financial services company that operates a world-leading AI Governance program which evaluates more than 1 AI system each day for efficacy, fairness and transparency considerations. At the center of the AI operations and strategy, AI Governance partners with risk management teams across the company to succeed. This role is responsible for management of the AI Governance compliance program, which includes operational activities at enterprise scale and a broad set of initiatives.  This includes but is not limited to authoring enterprise policy, sponsoring and leading research and development, managing coordination of risk management across partner teams, and shaping our client's internal and external messaging on Responsible AI. This is a highly responsible role that may have direct exposure to the client's CDO and CPO.

  • Oversee the AI Governance program, ensuring that workstreams are tracked, evaluated for progress against objectives, transparently communicated and well-managed.
  • Manage the execution of operational activities including model inventory, risk assessment, verification and reporting.
  • Support collaboration with workstreams and partners, including AI and product teams, strategic functions and risk management teams, communications and external vendors.
  • Lead and consult in the development of change management plans for internal initiatives.
  • Asses, develop, and make recommendations to project teams in a relation to change readiness.
  • Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
  • Partner with internal communications to develop relevant communication plans and deliverables (i.e. videos, bulletins, e-mail, newsletters, etc.)
  • Partner with the training team and subject matter experts to develop support materials including job aids, web based training, and instructional materials.
  • Conduct, compile and summarize measurement analysis to quantify effectiveness of change and training programs. This may include monitoring employee learning progress and coordinating refresher training for business users.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify process design changes and operational improvements with the corresponding Change Management strategies to achieve improvement outcomes
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and operational teams to grow business and process understanding in support of change implementations
  • Facilitate change networks meetings, stand-up meetings, and conduct the required follow-up.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities
  • Stay current on change management best practices including partnering closely with Perficient’s internal Change Management practice.
  • 5+ years of experience with change management planning and delivery in a corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of business process or system process analysis and design
  • Proven experience with change impact analysis, organizational/job design principles and learning delivery methods to drive behavior change and technology adoption.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new applications, work independently and collaborate effectively within distributed teams
  • Effective organizational and project management skills with the ability to deliver OCM tasks on multiple projects at the same time with competitive needs and deadlines
  • A continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset with proven ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting Change Management deliverables
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a concise and user-friendly way for multiple levels of business stakeholders, including presenting to groups for the purpose of engaging the audience in meaningful learning
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new applications, work independently and collaborate effectively within distributed teams
  • A continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset with proven ability to troubleshoot issues

Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role.
  • Change Management certification
  • IT System Implementation
  • Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma)

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,080 to $170,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
