Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2 to 5 years in production support or similar role
Experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and SQL
Hands-on with application servers, databases, and cloud platforms (Windows Server, IIS, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL processes
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Preferred: DevOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity knowledge
Must work from Coimbatore office
Responsibilities
Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Conduct system health checks and maintenance
Support deployments and ensure minimal downtime
Maintain documentation and prepare reports
Work with development, testing, and infrastructure teams
Provide end-user support and training
