The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager who will be focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape and a proven track record in business development or partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and build strategic collaborations with partners for TikTok's GenAI solutions to drive impactful business outcomes
- Cultivating and expanding partner relationships to proactively seek new business opportunities
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams closely to establish priorities and uncover critical opportunities for innovation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders such as legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects and educate on industry trends
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities within the AI landscape
- Delivering ongoing updates and performance reports on partnership initiatives and results.
