The LSEG Analytics Product team is increasingly focusing on using AI driven, API-first solutions that unlock the full potential of LSEG’s analytics ecosystem, pushing the boundaries of what our customers can achieve. We are hiring for the Product Manager, Analytics AI role to drive the development and commercialization of AI-powered analytics solutions. The ideal candidate of this role will work within the Analytics Product Management team and will also work closely with the Analytics Technology and Sales / Relationship Management teams. This role is central to implement our AI API strategy, integrating Generative AI, machine learning and natural language processing into our analytics offerings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead initiatives to implement product roadmap for AI-enabled analytics solutions. Take ownership of new product opportunities, taking projects from initiation through to development and client launch.
  • Work closely with team members across LSEG Data & Analytics to define and implement a strategy for the deployment of analytical solutions to solve for AI use-cases. Ensure all models provide best-in-class solutions for the relevant asset class. Potential projects could include leading development of Analytics AI library, agent based frameworks, customer engagements for product discovery and validation, experimentation using the latest Generative AI tools.
  • Partnership with foundational LLM providers to evaluate LSEG use cases using the latest models, tools and frameworks.
  • Define API capabilities that integrate AI-powered analytics into customer workflows.
  • Establish and maintain an understanding of the evolving Generative AI developments and trends in modern AI, with a focus on implications for the analytics business and its clients.
  • Based on the above understanding, identify commercial opportunities working closely with Sales and Customer Engagement teams to drive deployments and client campaigns within LSEG’s existing suite of analytics products.
  • Align AI product initiatives with compliance, risk, and data governance frameworks.
  • Alongside sales and relationship management, proactively engage with clients on a one to one basis, and as a presenter within industry events.
  • Write white papers and blogs on product initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Around 5+ years working in a professional capacity, working directly with AI/ML solutions or API based analytics offerings in a product management, trading, or quantitative role.
  • Product management experience leading data-driven financial products, Generative AI/ML solutions or API based platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes.
  • Familiarity with Rest APIs, LLM models, Prompt Engineering and AI powered platforms.
  • Ability to articulate analytical details to customers.
  • Experience of applying technological solutions to solving pricing and analytics requirements and use-cases.
  • Positive demeanor, and eagerness to continually upskill.
  • Consistently deliver timely and high quality of work.
  • Work well individually, but also as part of a team.
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously, whilst preserving quality of delivery and attention to detail.
  • Take an organized, well-researched and thoughtful approach to work.
  • Masters in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related degrees.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $83,500 - $139,300.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
