About the role:
The Product Manager will work with 4-5 core engineering teams, who build reusable frameworks that are used globally to deliver AI-powered features in a consistent, scalable way. The Product Manager will help us build new systems that will allow customers to rapidly build their own apps and complex workflows using AI-Powered agents.
Your contribution will be:
Vision and Product Validation: The Product Manager will be responsible for product roadmap and release functional plans. This role will be the voice of the customer needs and possess minimum marketable features based on expertise and customer interaction. An essential part of the Product Manager role will work closely with R&D delivery leads and assist in analysis and prioritization of backlogs, writing user stories, functionality, UX and upgradability. In addition, the Product Manager will recommend ‘in-product’ features to gather usage insight and to promote selling and up-selling. In the light of working with a variety of stakeholders, the Product Manager will also determine opportunities and needs to work with Technology Partner to complement and enhance vision.
Product Knowledge and Documentation: In this role, the Product Manager will collaborate with the User Assistance team to ensure quality and relevance of documentation such as evaluation guides, tutorials, help files, install guides, release notes etc. Moreover, the Product Manager will run milestone programs for technical previews, betas, evaluation guidance and early adoption. Dissemination of product knowledge to marketers, TMs, technical pre-sales and support will be essential to ensure the success of this role.
Release coordination: To ensure success in this role, the Product Manager will verify how feature triage decisions map to release plan, customer needs and launch timing trade-offs. A vital responsibility of the Product Manager will also include ensuring branding guidelines are reflected within product and user interfaces, as well as ensure that marketing collateral is accurate and highlights the envisioned key investments. Working in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across the product domains, the Product Manager will conduct user experience verification with downloads, hosted trials, SKU creation in internal systems and installation.
Support and Analysis: The Product Manager will provide quintessential support in training support and sales teams at relevant release milestones. Support will also extend to providing product oversight for Technical FAQs and papers, as well as best practices guidance for deployments, upgrades and administration. In this role, the Product Manager will also study trends in support issues across the product lifecycle and also identify questions and topics in community site or ‘answer desk’ that require answers from product management.
