Protect AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to aid in driving our product strategy and roadmap for our AI Security platform and our open source efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver solutions that address the unique security challenges in deploying and operating AI systems.
Location: Bangalore, India
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
Develop user stories, epics, and product requirements documents to communicate product features and functionalities effectively.
Work with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that deliver an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Partner with engineering to ensure successful product development, testing, and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and inform future roadmap decisions.
4+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, preferably in cybersecurity or AI/ML related domains.
Proven track record of successfully launching complex enterprise technology solutions.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Experience in collaborating with engineering teams using lower-case 'a' agile development practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Bachelors in Engineering, MBA, or relevant degree.
Portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design, research process, usability principles and web based UX/UI examples.
Pixel perfect mock-ups or prototypes.
Updated on latest design and ux trends.
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC and other prototyping tools.
Experience with ML model development lifecycle and MLOps practices.
Familiarity with AI security frameworks, standards, and best practices (MITRE's ATLAS, etc).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to AI systems.
Experience with AI security tools and platforms.
SDE, DevOps, Solution Architect, or MLOps experience in a professional capacity.
