The Role:
Architect and build cutting-edge AI solutions, including end-to-end "agentic" and LLM-driven workflows.
Collaborate with C-level executives, product leaders, and head of AI, to define our AI strategy and roadmap.
Ensure our AI models and systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
Drive research initiatives to keep us at the forefront of AI in FinTech.
Skills & Experience:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years developing AI/ML powered applications.
Deep expertise in state-of-the-art AI technologies, including but not limited to NLP, LLMs, RAG, reinforcement learning, and computational intelligence.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects in a corporate environment, preferably in FinTech or a related industry.
Strong background in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical teams through the process of implementing solutions.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and thought leadership in AI, evidenced by patents, publications, source code repositories, or speaking engagements.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.
