What We're Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate (AI and Emerging Teaching Technologies) to support the mission and vision of the University within the Academy for Teaching and Learning (ATL) by playing a key role in fostering Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging teaching and learning technology literacy among University faculty. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work collaboratively with ATL staff and faculty across disciplines to develop and implement programs, workshops, and resources that empower educators to understand, evaluate, and effectively integrate AI tools and concepts into their teaching and research. A particular focus will be on addressing the unique opportunities and challenges presented by AI within the humanities.
A Doctorate Degree is required. A Doctorate Degree in Computer Science or STEM related field and two years of relevant AI experience is preferred.
This position has an anticipated end date of July 1, 2028. Pending performance and the availability of funding, this position may be extended.
