Main Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, present tailored technical and business proposals, develop solutions to deliver value through Design and Manufacturing Services.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to establish project objectives.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization, development, manufacture, and maintenance.
  • Manage variable aspects of projects and collaborate with different job functions to drive timely execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives, including assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, and tracking project progress and efficiency.
  • Monitor objectives and key results (OKR)/ business indicators, identify performance gaps, and conducting risk assessments to proactively address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and define opportunities for optimization and efficiency, and implement improvement solutions for new and existing products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program, product, or project management experience in the tech industry leading large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, including breaking down tasks, simplifying problems, establishing owners and timelines, and cross-function communication.
  • Capable of independent problem solving and making decisive judgments.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication.

Additional Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of X86 and Arm architecture, AI solutions and LCD touch panels.
  • Experience working in a global company with a focus on global business strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of IPC markets such as military electronics, smart energy infrastructure, in-vehicle computers, and more.
  • Professional proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese or European languages.
