Own the strategy, development, and performance of AI-powered experiences across our platforms.
Translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and legal to deliver high-impact AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on the development and deployment of models (e.g., classification, NLP, LLMs, personalization, etc.).
Define, measure, and optimize relevant metrics over time.
Conduct testing and leverage data-driven decision-making to continually improve our capabilities.
Navigate AI product risks (e.g., bias, fairness, explainability, privacy).
You need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience building/shipping digital products
6-10 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
