As a Manager, Sales Development, you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your reps to grow in their sales career. You will be the go to person for your SDR team and act as a coach and mentor, teaching them the foundational skills on which they will build the rest of their sales career. Our ideal candidate is naturally curious, empathetic, accountable and analytical and has a strong passion for leading individuals. Success in this role will come through hands-on individualized coaching, leading by example through live coaching, and your ability to clearly set and communicate expectations for each member of your team.
Responsibilities
- Train a team of SDRs responsible for cold calling prospects and setting appointments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Execute performance reports
Qualifications
- Previous management experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales, AE experience preferred
- Understanding of B2B software is required
- Experience selling through cold calling required
- Track record of leading a team that consistently meets and exceeds goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
