About the Role:
Decagon is looking to hire a skilled and results-oriented SDR Sales Manager to lead our growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SDR team, driving pipeline generation, and ensuring that your team hits their sales goals. You will work closely with both the sales leadership and marketing teams to refine processes, improve lead generation strategies, and coach SDRs to success. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales development efforts as we scale.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience managing or leading an SDR or sales development team in a B2B or SaaS environment
Have a proven track record of driving sales pipeline growth, with experience optimizing lead generation processes and coaching teams to exceed targets
Are highly analytical, able to measure and interpret key performance metrics, and take action to improve results
Excel at mentoring and coaching SDRs to improve performance and develop their careers
Have experience in managing team performance, setting goals, and conducting regular performance reviews
Even better if you:
Have experience in sales enablement, including training SDRs on the best sales practices, tools, and methodologies
Are familiar with sales automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
Have a deep understanding of the sales development funnel and can optimize workflows from prospecting to lead handoff
Have a history of working in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech environments
Are passionate about fostering a positive, high-energy team culture while driving consistent results
