In 2023, the Claims Conference distributed approximately $625 million in direct compensation to over 260,000 survivors in 83 countries and allocated approximately $900 million in grants to over 300 social service agencies worldwide that provide vital services for Holocaust survivors, such as home care, food, and medicine. Our Research, Education, and Documentation (RED) funds contribute toward global efforts to educate the public and preserve the memory of the Holocaust through teacher training programs, exhibitions, and films such as Son of Saul, an Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Film. The Claims Conference has an opening for a Manager of AI Integration. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in helping the Claims Conference implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify AI opportunities that align with strategic objectives. Your expertise will help to create tailored AI solutions, manage the integration process, and ensure a smooth transition into AI-powered operations.

This position will have limited international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and departments to understand their goals and challenges, identifying opportunities for AI integration into business processes;
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to assess how AI can optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance performance;
  • Identify and implement AI solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compatibility with existing systems;
  • Manage the end-to-end AI implementation process, including planning, execution, testing, and optimization;
  • Provide training and support to teams on AI tools and technologies, ensuring successful adoption;
  • Monitor and measure the impact of AI solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with the COO to identify and implement AI driven opportunities that support strategic business development and operational efficiency;
  • Work with the CFO, help ensure that AI is integrated into the annual operating plan and strategic vision of the organization;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Organizational skills and attentional to detail;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Experience in AI business processes or operations;
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation;
  • Experience with AI tools, platforms, and cloud services;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions;
  • Experience with AI tools, platforms, and cloud services including BOT creation and prompt engineering (PHP);
  • Experience with JSON and label/text classification models;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in project management.

Our target salary range for the Manager of AI Integration in the New York City market is $130,000-$150,000. This salary range represents Claims Conference’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
