We are scaling our marketing team and looking for a Manager, Marketing Communications to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives. The Manager, Marketing Communications will be responsible for executing and managing multi-channel marketing programs to enhance SiMa.ai’s brand presence, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role at a software/technology company. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Program Management – Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with SiMa.ai’s business objectives.
Vendor Management – Oversee external agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality marketing deliverables.
Event Management – Coordinate and manage trade shows, webinars, and industry events, ensuring seamless execution.
Social Media & Digital Marketing – Drive engagement on key social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and manage targeted campaigns.
Growth Strategy & Paid Advertising – Develop and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility.
Customer Communications – Craft and execute strategic customer communications, including newsletters, announcements, and engagement campaigns.
Data & Analytics – Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns with company goals.
Experience (must-have):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
Experience: 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in a marketing communications role at a software or technology company.
Strong experience in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on AI/ML, SaaS, or edge computing preferred.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A certification in project/program management is a plus.

The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
