League Data Central (LDC) is an initiative within League Studio accountable for decision science, data products, data capture, and data warehousing and governance. As a Data Science Manager, you will lead a team of 3-6 Data Scientists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists, focusing on delivering the best player journey possible. You are responsible for hiring, performance management, professional development, and maintaining a healthy team environment. Reporting to the head of LDC, your leadership will be instrumental in setting the vision for data science projects, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision, and nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
