We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and future-oriented team. As a key member of our Advanced Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals to drive innovation and bring our AI-powered products to life.

What will you do:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Explore new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our machine learning processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring reliability and accuracy over time.
• Maintain and develop Machine Learning Infrastructure on Cloud.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI to contribute to the company's innovation roadmap.

Who you’ll work with:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and formulate solutions that drive actionable insights.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into production systems.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps or a related role.
• Solid programming skills in Python and with knowledge of relevant machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with data science platforms like Azure Machine Learning, Databricks or similar 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Practical communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
