Your Role: Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll dive into cutting-edge ML research and bring your ideas to life in real-world applications. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying next-gen machine learning models that revolutionize manufacturing processes in factories around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Implement: Collaborate with a talented team of ML and software engineers to design and implement state-of-the-art ML solutions for complex robotics challenges.

  • Experiment and Evolve: Lead computer vision experiments, visualize and present research outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to optimize deployment strategies.

  • Problem-Solve with Precision: Identify and isolate failure points in existing models, then craft targeted solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Build for t he Future: Drive the test-driven development of our ML research infrastructure, ensuring it’s robust, scalable, and ready for the future of automation.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, PyTorch, OpenCV, and SciPy.

  • Solid understanding of linear algebra and its applications in ML.

  • Hands-on experience developing and applying machine learning techniques, with a portfolio of independent projects to showcase.

  • A keen eye on the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML.

  • Excellent communication skills—you're not just a coder, but a collaborator and a creative thinker.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with computer vision and its machine learning applications.

  • A background in robotics, with a passion for bringing machines to life.
