This RoleAs a key member of the legal staff at Norm Ai, you will provide direct input to product decisions that require legal knowledge. You will collaborate closely with our software engineering and executive teams to design and refine our AI-driven compliance solutions. In this role, you will:
Provide Expertise: Provide nuanced legal analysis of complex and ambiguous regulations.
Team Leadership: Help coach and grow the legal engineering team, fostering a fast-paced and rigorous work culture.
Regulatory Analysis: Leverage our internal tools, and help design their next iteration, to further develop automated analysis of regulations.
Issue Identification and Remediation: Review regulatory analyses.
Prompt Engineering: Develop, write, and refine calls to Large Language Models.
Develop Regulatory Representations: Help develop representations of the law that can be used by developers to create automated compliance agents.
Client and Internal Support: Participate in select meetings with clients.
Skills & Experience
Juris Doctor or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant legal or regulatory field, such as law firm practice, or finance, insurance or healthcare industry legal/compliance roles.
