While working towards this goal:
Provide technical support across all sales cycle stages, including pre-sales consultations, post-sales implementation, and ongoing customer support.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Location: Zurich (Switzerland)
Travelling: We desire to be close to our customers and meet them regularly. This position might require up to 20% travelling to customer locations.
