This Role As a Lead Integrations engineer at Norm AI, you will spearhead our strategic technical partnerships and third-party integration ecosystem. You'll bridge the gap between our AI compliance engine and the tools where enterprise work actually happens. Working directly with our enterprise clients, executive team, and key technology partners, you will architect and implement AI-driven compliance solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise workflows. You will establish and nurture a deep collaborative relationship with Microsoft's AI team and lead critical integration initiatives that define our product strategy.
You Will:
Build and lead a team of engineers focused on creating a robust ecosystem of integrations that extend our compliance intelligence into the daily workflow of enterprise users
Establish and maintain a strategic technical relationship with Microsoft's AI team, serving as Norm's primary technical ambassador to shape our joint roadmap
Architect and develop our integration framework for common enterprise platforms
Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their workflow needs and tailor our integration approach
Define and implement technical standards for our integration partnerships, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance
Drive product strategy for our integration ecosystem, prioritizing platforms based on market demand and strategic value
Mentor and develop integration engineers on your team while maintaining your own hands-on technical contributions
Collaborate closely with our legal engineering team to ensure integrations properly translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions
Skills & Experience - Core
Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years experience in software engineering with at least 2 years focused on API design and integration development
Experience building and shipping enterprise-grade integrations with platforms like Microsoft 365
Strong Python skills and experience with modern API frameworks like FastAPI
Proven record of technical leadership in cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication skills to represent our technical vision to partners and clients
Experience managing technical relationships with strategic partners
Skills & Experience - Pluses
Experience with Microsoft's integration ecosystem
Background in compliance technology or regulatory technology
Experience with React/TypeScript and Next.js
Experience building and leading engineering teams
