This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Lead Data Scientist. The Lead Data Scientist will be a key leader in driving the growth and productivity of the Global Strategic Partners (GSP) team through data analysis and insights. The right candidate should be able to analyze large databases (above 20 thousand lines) to identify trends and insights to help GSP executives make right decisions regarding the business. This position also requires a good business acumen and understanding of the SaaS business along with key metrics used to measure growth and profitability. The Lead Data Scientist will work directly with GSP executive leadership (RVP sales and above).
Job Duties:
Create reports from CRM/data systems like SFDC and BI according to the data needed
Use excel, googlesheet, and tableau to analyze large databases and identify trends, problems and corrections needed to accelerate sales growth.
Deliver actionable insights to help leaders improve business performance.
Help with sales forecasting using insights from historical data and pipeline.
Participate in the development and execution of the annual operating plan.
Develop sales rep and manager retention and productivity initiatives
Be a go to person for the segment sales leadership that they can trust to execute
Desired Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Data Management/Sales Operations in SaaS business
Familiar with a different routes to market (direct sales, agency, wholesale, Service Providers)
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
Strong project management and business improvement capabilities with a track record of delivering results across a complex portfolio
Strong analytical and communication skills to explain complex information in an easy way
Passion for solving problems with the willingness to dive in with the team
Flexibility, adaptability, sense of urgency and a passion for new ideas
Must have SaaS, Telephony or High-Tech experience
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military and/or work experience. Master’s degree desired.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $113,050 and $161,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
