Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science discipline with a focus in Data Science
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?
Develop and implement machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve overall engagement across channels.
Merging qualitative and quantitative data to bring actionable insights for Customer Engagement score
Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Document data science methodologies, algorithms, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain transparency within the team.

This internship provides an unique opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios in the rapidly evolving pharmaceutical sector.
What are we looking for?
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
