Where You Fit
As an Inside Sales Representative on the Digital Diagnostics Team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of PathAI’s solutions in pathology laboratories and biobanks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with forward-thinking customers, nurture relationships, and contribute to PathAI’s mission of improving patient outcomes through digital diagnostics.
What You’ll Do
- Effectively communicate the value and impact of PathAI's AISight platform and its algorithms to prospective customers in the digital pathology space, while developing and maintaining in-depth expertise in these technologies.
- Identify and engage pathology laboratories, biobanks, and other relevant prospects through targeted outreach and follow-up on inbound leads from various channels (e.g., website inquiries, events).
- Initiate customer engagements, present PathAI’s solutions, nurture relationships, and qualify leads for handoff to the business development team.
- Design and implement an efficient lead management process, tracking prospects through the entire lifecycle to ensure smooth transitions and measurable results.
- Monitor trends in digital pathology adoption and share insights on industry dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs with internal teams.
- Support the RFP process for potential customers, including maintaining a repository of standardized responses and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the digital diagnostics commercial and marketing teams to maintain a robust database of prospects for periodic communications and outreach.
- Provide real-time feedback to refine marketing collateral, ensuring messaging resonates with the needs of the digital diagnostics market.
- Participate in additional sales enablement and customer engagement initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in biological sciences, medical technology, or a related field.
- 0-2+ years of sales experience, ideally within digital pathology, diagnostics, or related healthcare/technology sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation or sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and managing relationships.
- Demonstrated problem solving aptitude and experience with cross-functional communication and internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional team, specifically willingness to collaborate with marketing, commercial, product development, strategic partnerships, and legal/regulatory teams.
- Comfort working in a scrappy, all-hands-on-deck environment; willingness to learn, admit failures, and pivot quickly; embodies a mindset of urgency.
- Hands-on, experienced, proactive, independent, articulate, and can get in the weeds but also think at the thirty-thousand foot level.
- Strong interest in shaping the future of artificial intelligence powered clinical diagnostics.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working with pathology laboratories, biobanks, or healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of digital pathology workflows or AI-powered diagnostic tools.
