Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled International HR Data Scientist to join our dynamic HR team at our global HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible in analyzing and interpreting HR data, aligning processes with business objectives, provide data-driven insights and recommendations to our HR team and Business leaders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with Excel and Power BI.

Tasks:

  • Analysis and visualization of HR KPIs, especially with scenarios analysis for financial impact, turnover and attrition.
  • Providing management templates and reports with the application of strong know-how about HR processes and its impact on HR KPIs.
  • Consulting managers and stakeholders.
  • Preparation of ad hoc and regular reports on HR topics.
  • Participate or drive projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, data analytics or related studies.
  • +3 years experience with HRIT systems and vendors such as Employee Central, SAPHR, SAP Analytics Cloud, Chris.
  • +3 years experience with stakeholder management up to Board Members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Several years of professional experience in HR controlling, HR analytics and controlling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience working with Excel to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • High level of expertise in using MS Office applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Think Celll as well as Power BI.
  • Software language knowledge, especially Python.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Know How about GDPR in Europe for AI.
  • Ability to work in a team and experience in a dynamic, virtual working environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Agile mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards customers.
  • High level of proactivity, customer focus and independence as well as a strong corporate mindset and approach.
  • Know How about CSRD in Europe and implications for HRIT is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical know how and (skills to use SAP Analysis for Office) is also preferred.
  • Written and spoken English (B2+-C1), German skills is an advantage.
