Responsibilities:

  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging Deep Learning techniques, including but not limited to representation learning, self-supervised learning, generative models, and novel neural network architectures, to enhance our existing models and develop new ones.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing Deep Learning models for ECG signal processing, focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
  • Implement techniques for data balancing and augmentation to improve the robustness and reliability of our models.
  • Explore and apply model optimization techniques such as fine-tuning, distillation, and quantization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the automation of data cleaning, preprocessing, and model training pipelines to accelerate development cycles.
  • Work closely with engineers and cardiologists to ensure the clinical relevance and accuracy of our AI solutions.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

    • Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field with a focus on Deep Learning.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying Deep Learning models in production environments.
    • Strong understanding of signal processing techniques (e.g. audio or image processing)
    • Experience with data balancing, model debugging, and performance optimization.
    • Hands on experience with a range of Deep Learning techniques, such as representation learning, self-supervised learning, and generative models.
    • Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
    • Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively, proposing solutions and taking ownership of projects.
    • Experience with code reviews, Git, and continuous integration practices.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and distributed training.
  • Contributions to research publications or open-source projects in relevant fields.
  • Experience with processing of ECG signals.
