Head of Training and Certification

Location: India (Hyderabad)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Training and Certification to transform, lead, and scale our global enablement program for both external partners and customer internal implementation teams. You will take ownership of our existing training academy and certification programs, building and managing a high-performing team in India to modernize and expand our training capabilities. Working closely with our local product team, you will create advanced training curricula that bridge the gap between basic product knowledge and successful solution implementation across our multi-product platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and deploying AI agents to enhance training delivery, automate content updates, and provide personalized learning experiences. Given the evolving partner leadership structure, you will also play a crucial role in stakeholder alignment across sales, partnerships, and customer success functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Leadership

      Transform existing training academy from basic product education to comprehensive solution enablement across our multi-product platform

      Redesign certification programs to ensure partners and customer internal teams can successfully implement real-world projects, not just pass basic assessments

      Develop advanced training tracks covering solution architecture, implementation methodologies, and complex integration patterns

      Create learning pathways that progress from foundational knowledge to practical implementation competency

      Establish content refresh cycles and processes to keep training current with rapidly evolving product terminologies and advanced technology capabilities

      Build metrics that measure implementation success rates, not just certification completion rates

Content Development & Delivery

      Build strong working relationships with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure training programs drive business results

      Establish regular communication cadences and feedback loops with field teams to identify training gaps and opportunities

      Create formal processes for incorporating partner feedback and market insights into training curriculum

      Collaborate with go-to-market teams to align certification requirements with partner tier levels and commercial strategies

      Serve as a bridge between technical product capabilities and partner/customer business outcomes

Team Building & Management

      Build and lead a team of 15+ training professionals, curriculum developers, certification specialists, and AI agent developers in India

      Scale the existing small team through strategic hiring, including AI/ML engineers and developer talent for agent development

      Collaborate closely with the India-based product team to ensure training content accuracy and leverage AI platform capabilities for training innovation

      Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the training organization, embracing AI-first approaches to training delivery

      Develop team members who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse partner audiences and build AI solutions for training challenges

AI Agent Development & Integration

      Lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance training program delivery and effectiveness

      Build AI agents that provide personalized learning experiences, adaptive content delivery, and real-time support during training sessions

      Develop AI-powered assessment and certification tools that can evaluate practical implementation skills and provide detailed feedback

      Create AI agents for automated content updates, ensuring training materials stay current with rapid product evolution

      Design AI-powered mentoring agents that can provide ongoing support to partners during implementation projects

      Build AI agents for training analytics and insights, identifying learning gaps and optimization opportunities

      Integrate AI agents into the training academy platform to scale personalized support and improve learning outcomes

      Modernize existing training content to cover our full product portfolio, moving beyond single-stream 101-level education

      Develop advanced curricula for solution architecture, covering how to design and architect comprehensive solutions using our platform

      Create implementation best practices training that addresses real-world deployment challenges and methodologies

      Build extensive use case libraries with detailed examples of successful enterprise implementations across different industries

      Design complex integration training covering enterprise system connectivity, data flows, and technical architecture patterns

      Establish agile content development processes to rapidly update training materials as product terminologies and capabilities evolve

      Transform in-person training programs to include hands-on implementation workshops and solution design exercises

      Create assessment methods that validate practical implementation skills rather than just theoretical knowledge

Partner Enablement & Certification

      Redesign certification programs to validate solution implementation competency across our complete product portfolio

      Create progressive certification tracks: Foundation → Implementation → Solution Architecture → Advanced Integration

      Develop practical certification assessments including solution design challenges and implementation scenarios

      Establish certification renewal processes that address frequent product updates and new terminologies

      Build advanced certification programs for complex enterprise implementations and specialized use cases

      Create mentorship and ongoing support programs to bridge the gap between certification and successful project delivery

      Implement feedback mechanisms to understand why certified partners struggle with implementations and continuously improve programs

Product-Training Integration

      Work closely with product management to ensure training considerations are incorporated into product release planning

      Provide input on product features and capabilities from a partner enablement perspective

      Create training content that can be developed in parallel with product features

      Establish processes for rapid training content updates during product releases

 

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

      10+ years of experience building and scaling training/certification programs at enterprise technology companies

      5+ years in leadership roles managing teams of 10+ people

      Proven track record of implementing training programs that serve Global 2000 enterprises

      Experience with fast-moving technology platforms and managing curriculum in rapidly evolving environments

      Experience transforming basic training programs into comprehensive solution enablement programs

      Proven track record of building training that successfully bridges the gap between product knowledge and practical implementation

      Background in AI platforms, enterprise process automation, or sophisticated enterprise software platforms

      Experience with rapidly evolving technology platforms where terminologies and capabilities change frequently

      Experience working in environments with evolving organizational structures and stakeholder management challenges

      Track record of building advanced training programs covering solution architecture and complex system integration

Technical & Domain Expertise

      Deep understanding of enterprise software implementation challenges and requirements

      Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder technology deployments

      Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements

      Familiarity with AI-driven process automation and enterprise workflow optimization

      Understanding of sophisticated platform architectures and integration patterns
