We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a track record of building and running successful sales departments in SMB-focused companies.
This is a hands-on role: the Head of Sales will actively dive into direct sales, closing deals and building pipelines, while also crafting and leading a comprehensive sales strategy. The Head of Sales will create a scalable playbook, establish onboarding processes, set measurable goals, and gradually hire and build a team as the company grows.
