About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to help us build and scale our Enterprise sales motion at Nooks. You will lead a team of Enterprise AEs and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to define and operationalize our Enterprise GTM strategy.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area (preferred) and will involve periodic travel for team events, customer meetings, and strategy sessions.
What You'll Do:
Hire, onboard, and coach a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs
Partner with leadership to refine and build the Enterprise sales motion, playbooks, and processes
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to align pipeline generation, trial execution, and customer experience
Support the team on complex, high-value deals through coaching, forecasting, and deal strategy
Analyze data and KPIs to drive team performance and pipeline health
Help shape our overall GTM strategy for new products and new market segments
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing a high-performing Enterprise sales team at a fast-growing SaaS company
7+ years of overall sales experience, ideally selling complex solutions into mid-market and enterprise segments
Track record of successfully helping to build an Enterprise sales motion (not just inheriting a mature one)
Experience working cross-functionally with SDRs, SEs, Marketing, and Product teams
Willingness and ability to travel periodically for team gatherings, customer meetings, and key strategy sessions
Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (preferred)
Nice to Have:
Experience selling AI, productivity, or sales engagement technologies
Background in early-stage or Series A/B startups
