As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of ABM and Field Marketing. This person will join PolyAI’s rapidly growing marketing team. This role will support all of PolyAI’s marketing functions with a focus on events. This includes content development, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, list building, audience nurturing, and more.
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 + 15% bonus
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution, and the results of your programs, including 1:many, 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns and programs that drive prospect engagement of a set list of target accounts through the sales funnel
- Work across all marketing channels such as direct mail, digital campaigns, events, and more to develop pipeline and increase conversion rates between funnel stages
- Develop and manage ABM campaign KPIs, optimize strategies through data-driven analysis, and oversee campaign performance to meet business and pipeline objectives
- Build and maintain an ABM calendar and partner closely with sales and marketing to
- Collaborate across departments to create compelling custom content, manage lead tracking, and maximize sales pipeline contribution.
- Work with content teams to create highly tailored assets, such as case studies, one-pagers, and personalized landing pages for each account across all distribution channels.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive event attendance, develop ABM strategies, create account plans, and align messaging for cohesive campaigns.
- Support the events team in tradeshows and broader field marketing initiatives
- Assist in managing your portion of the events and demand generation budget and processes to support long-term scalability
Requirements
- Interest in working for a fast-growth startup
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing and GTM strategies at scale, working in high-growth companies
- Proficiency in ABM platforms, tools, and reporting (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong project management skills and a detail-oriented approach
- A data-driven mindset with analytical skills and experience making data-driven campaign decisions
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Experience working with sales teams on ABM motions
- Experience hosting webinars
- Experience organizing high-touch VIP events
